Lucerne Festival Forward 2025 – A look back

November brought new sounds: That was Lucerne Festival Forward 2025.

At the fifth edition of our Forward festival, we once again aimed to bring you as much that’s new as possible – brand-new works, today’s musical currents, emerging artists. Several world premieres were on this year’s agenda: Alongside commissioned works by Neo Hülcker and Shawn Jaeger, we presented Draussen Drinnen, a large-scale sonic happening by Daniel Ott and Enrico Stolzenburg. The program also featured an orchestral concert with Johanna Malangré, Patricia Kopatchinskaja, and Anastasia Kobekina, improvisations with Charlotte Hug and Tapiwa Svosve, as well as a Family Concert developed especially for Lucerne Festival Forward.
