LUCERNE FESTIVAL - on Tour

Before the approximately 130 international Academy participants return to their home countries following the conclusion of the Summer Festival, the Orchestra of the LUCERNE FESTIVAL ACADEMY regularly goes on a tour. In 2018 the musicians will travel to Hamburg, Paris, and Berlin.

Symphony Concert 5 on 21 August 2018: In place of the originally scheduled Violin Concerto in D major, Op.77 by Johannes Brahms, Lisa Batiashvili will play the Violin Concerto in D major, Op 35 by Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky. Tickets remain valid.
