The Lucerne-based entrepreneur and lawyer Anne Schwöbel is a shareholder and has been a member of the Board of Directors of B. Braun Medical AG since 2010. Prior to this, she was Managing Director of Transparency International Switzerland for many years, showing a commitment to the long-lasting fight against corruption in politics, business, and administration. In Lucerne's restaurant sector, she has been jointly responsible for the restaurants Rathausbrauerei, Stadtkeller, and Helvetia as a manager at Gambrinus AG Lucerne since 2011. Schwöbel is a member of the Board of Directors of the German-Swiss Chamber of Commerce and since 2019 has been Vice President of the Global Ethic Foundation Switzerland, founded by Hans Küng.
