    myclimate «Cause We Care»

    Since 2023 Lucerne Festival is a member of the "Cause We Care" program of myclimate: When purchasing tickets, all festival visitors can contribute 2 CHF to the protection of the environment. As a thank you, we double the amount and put it into an earmarked "Cause We Care" sustainability fund, which finances local or regional sustainability measures as well as the myclimate climate protection project "Beatenberg-Habkern Natural Forest Reserve in the Canton of Bern". In addition, starting in 2023, we are working with the SBB to highlight the Park & Ride offers in Zug and Sempach and have defined mobility guidelines.

    And this is how you help:

    With 2 CHF per ticket, you support our sustainability measures and make your Lucerne Festival experience environmentally friendly. As a thank you, we double the contribution.

    1. You are part of Lucerne Festival and voluntarily make a small contribution to sustainability and climate protection when you buy your ticket.
       
    2. We will double this and add both your and our contributions to Lucerne Festival’s dedicated myclimate “Cause We Care” sustainability fund.
       
    3. Three quarters of the fund will be used to finance local sustainability and climate protection measures. The remaining quarter is invested in the myclimate climate protection project "Beatenberg-Habkern Natural Forest Reserve in the Canton of Bern" to take responsibility for unavoidable emissions.

    Together, we are thus able to achieve a doubling of the effect: on behalf of nature around us, the environment, and the climate. Thank you very much!
