• Arrival | Parking Facilities

  The Matthäuskirche, which is also known as City Church, is located in the Old Town, on the corner of Hertensteinstrasse/Seehofstrasse, behind the Hotel Schweizerhof.

  Arrival by train & bus
  Bus lines 1 and  2 and others lead from Lucerne’s main train station to the "Schwanenplatz" stop, from whence it is only a few minutes' walk to the church. You can arrive at the main train station in Lucerne via numerous train connections as well as various bus lines. Take advantage on a 40% discount on public transport to Lucerne.   Arrival by car
  If you arrive by car, the parking garage  "Schweizerhof" is available. The parking garage is only a one-minute walk from the Matthäuskirche. • Wheelchair Seeting

  The Matthäuskirche is wheelchair accessible. You will find a ramp on the side of the church building facing Migros. A WC is located in the foyer of the church. 

• ACCESS TO VENUES | LATE ADMISSION

  The concert box office in the entrance area of the church opens one hour before the concert begins. Admission to the church venue begins 20-30 minutes before the start of the concert.
