Using Vouchers Online

New Lucerne Festival vouchers that were purchased from 2021 onwards can be redeemed directly online.

The following options exist for redeeming Lucerne Festival vouchers purchased before 1 December 2020 and for vouchers from the KKL Luzern:

• Send us the voucher together with your Lucerne Festival online account customer number by 21 March 2022 at the latest and we will transfer the amount of the voucher amount into a credit on your Lucerne Festival account. This credit will then be available for future online orders.
   
• Send the voucher along with your next written order to the ticket sales department for processing (processing fee: CHF 10). If the voucher does not cover the entire amount, we will also require your credit card details for the remaining amount. The combination of a voucher with an invoice is not possible.
