Participants sought for the performance on 20 November 2022 in the KKL Concert Hall as part of Lucerne Festival Forward!

After the last note of the last concert has sounded and Lucerne Festival Forward has come to an end, the large concert hall in the KKL Luzern must of course be cleaned — as it always is after use. Join us and sign up for the participatory action Ein sauberes Ende (“A Clean End”). You will get an insight into activities in the KKL that take place after the audience has applauded and left the building — things you normally don't get to notice. The performance will last about 15 minutes and involves working with two groups of performers. The first group will consist of professionals from the cleaning company VEBEGO, who operate various special machines. The second group is made up of about 30 volunteers who carry out smaller tasks with vacuum cleaners, rags, brooms, and other cleaning tools. The movements, noises, and sounds of daily cleaning will become transformed into a musical action — directly on stage, in front of the eyes and ears of the audience. And the aim is to find out what Ein sauberes Ende might actually mean. We are curious!
