Written Orders
Written ticket orders for single tickets are accepted as of  Monday, 6 December, 2010.

Orders by Telephone
Ticket orders will be accepted by phone as of Monday, 13 December, 2010 at +41(0)41 226 44 80. During this period telephone calls may be made from Monday to Friday, between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m.

Box office
Ticket requests may be made at the box office at the main entrance of the KKL Luzern (Lucerne Culture and Convention Centre) as of Saturday, 9 April 2011. The box office is open every day from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and one hour before the beginning of the respective event.

Price Reductions
University students, high school students, vocational trainees, JTC members up to the age of 30 and KulturLegi holders may purchase tickets at CHF 20 for events which are not sold out. Such tickets are available at the ticket office upon presentation of a valid identification card. Thereafter no price reductions are possible. The purchaser must also present a valid identification card at the doors of the venue.

Returning Tickets
For events which are sold out, we will accept tickets for resale on a commission basis. Our commission is 30% of the purchase price. Accounts are settled at the end of the Festival period. The costs of wire transfer are charged to the recipient. The Festival can offer no assurance that returned tickets will be resold.
